Very little can be so rigidly defined, so why would you try to lump them into such bland, subjective categories.
Please don't take this the wrong way, but you may want to consider seeing a therapist. Compulsive self-judging can have serious long term consequences to your self-image and self-esteem.
I would let your therapist or psych know that this symptom is not under control. They may be able to help you set a plan for cognitive therapy, where you learn to stop doing it and redirect yourself when you notice it happening.
