    I think me not eating meat helps as I am not digesting rotting flesh .

    Avoid Junk food. Walking meditation and breathing.

    yes, i do workout at least 30 minutes a day, i rarely drink soda and try to avoid foods with lots of sugar..

    Eat healthy, run, cycle, lift weights. I do these things, but I also get lazy and have medical problems, that make it difficult at times and I crave unhealthy foods... :/

    Main problem being my leg/hip. I have had it studied many times, but without any real answers. Half the flexibility from my other leg, possible pain after working out and keeping me from working out again... Making me take a break and then starting again, break, starting again....and so on, so I can never keep it constant. Being angry about it and then just eating, when I can't workout.

    Avoid animal products, take vitamins, drink at least 80oz of water a day, exercise at least an hour a day, no junk food, no non-alcohol drugs and alcohol only in very small amounts very rarely.
