I think me not eating meat helps as I am not digesting rotting flesh .

yes, i do workout at least 30 minutes a day, i rarely drink soda and try to avoid foods with lots of sugar..

Eat healthy, run, cycle, lift weights. I do these things, but I also get lazy and have medical problems, that make it difficult at times and I crave unhealthy foods... :/

Avoid animal products, take vitamins, drink at least 80oz of water a day, exercise at least an hour a day, no junk food, no non-alcohol drugs and alcohol only in very small amounts very rarely.
