    they are both----because i am physically handicapped ,i am no longer the norm,nor can i do the normal things,other people take for granted------and of course it leads to physcholigical problem,because people,dont understand it------i live alone,and use lifeline,because i have to------

    i consider mental problems to be handicaps, depending on what they are. like agoraphobia and social phobia/ social anxiety i think are. but i don't see depression as being a handicap.

    It depends on the task at hand, as to whether someone should be considered to have a handicap or not.
