Absolutely. The FDA is not out for our protection or to help us in any way. The only reason marijuana is illegal is because it works better than anything that the FDA has approved.

I have no trust in the FDA, they knew for over a decade that Triad products were contaminated. They supplied 80 percent to the world. Look it up on the Internet after many deaths they briefly closed them down. I have MS and Lupus, I am required to inject medicine into a port in my hert. Over the past 8 years, I have developed Sepsis that is. Blood infection that can kill you in a very short time. I have had this over 4 times each year, I was accused of not cleansing the port properly with sterile wipes. I am a Physcians, as well as my companion. I think I know the importance of sterile technique. After being on life support more times than I can remember, I ended up in end stage renal failure, requiring dialysis. I also developed infective Endocarditis. This being a severe infection around my heart. I developed massive sores on my body requiring me to have hypobaric chamber treatment, a year after the FDA put a small warning out, most are unaware of the problems any many stores are continuing to use tainted wipes, how many have to die before the FDA does its job.

Probably safer than most of today's new drugs. Still in a better form than white crystals.

Listen, the facts are they are both harmful. Just in different ways. Weed effects your lungs, pills effect your liver. Do you know how many pills you would have to take for prolonged damage to your liver? On the other hand weed can mess up your lungs right quick. By the way, you shouldn't believe everything you see on tv.

Basically two distinct types of marijuana, the new stuff has been altered with a much stronger THC etc by the Dutch that is so potent and that is what is causing the mental problems. SKUNK is what some call it.
I have smoked dope, hash or as it should be called marijuana and it has not done me or any of my friends harm but what has messed up even put a few people I know six foot under? alcohol, so many people messed up with the booze.
As for medical prescription I have a condition that gives me hell of a lot of pain caused by my job where I worked for years using dangerous solvents and have MS type symptoms so I of all the drugs to help me the most effective is a prescribed spray called Sativex...cannabis base with the THC extracted(but still gives a pleasant buzz) Cannabis helps in certain eye conditions as it relieves the pressure on the eyeballs.

I smoked for over 10 years straight and for the last couple years I smoked the most potent with a thc content of 18-20. Eventually your mind will change and you lose almost ALL of reality. Which lead to schizophrenia. I didn't trust anything and was so paranoid of everything. I have quit for almost 4 months now and talk about a reality check!!! I had to take anti-phsycotic medication at night for about two months. I still don't trust medicine that well. If your going to smoke weed, take my advice and smoke it in moderation and maybe once a day if that. I took it to a whole new level, I was smoking about on average about 10 hours or more a day for years! That plus an addiction to video games almost ruined my mind and cognitive skills. I admit most medication has side effects and in the long run usually kills you faster than if you didn't take it all. Marijuana on the other hand is a mind altering drug and over time if you can control it, more power to ya. My problem is I liked it TOO much and eventually let the drug control me. To each his own but remember moderation is the key to just about anything in life.

Why? It is legitimate medicine for treating symptoms from things like chemotherapy or glaucoma. I understand an opposition to taking drugs just to get high, but people do that with legal drugs too - even more. Oxycontin abuse is a major problem.
