When I remember
Somewhat, I look at labeling for such things as calories, sugar, cholesterol, fats, etc. and avoid buying some products high in these areas ... But it is kind of relative ... Say comparison of nutritional bars, or candies, processed foods, one brand from the other, etc.

No. But I only have proteins and carbs and a very low amount of sugars.

I have the attitude, I'm only alive once in this lifetime, if I want to pig out, I will. Everything I eat isn't bad for me, unless I decide to decipher it and pick it all apart and debate it. Which I don't.
