Food tastes too good to get numbers involved.
Carbs and calories, and no gluten's. I want to have a temper tantrum because I crave sweets so badly sometimes, but I've been good for two weeks now.
I don't cpunt count calories anymore, just don't eat much food that is bad for you. I might have some chocolate or a sweet every now and then. I don't eat any fast food or cook with high calorie oils or anything.
i weigh like 6 stone but i still count calories :3
I eat whatever I want.
Back to not watching what I eat. Hrrrmmmm.
