    They are a minority as far as in representation in the government, especially considering that they number more than males in population here.

    No. Scotland has more female millionaires than males. The male and female millionaires in the world are reaching at about half. So 45 females and 55 males. Something like that. Women are not the minority anymore.

    depends on what geographic territory your talking about, there are places where women are certainly a majority
