    Extremely self-reliant, but I'm not opposed to accepting help when needed

    Some of both, but I used to depend only on myself. Age and disability has a way of changing that.

    I help myself where I can and help others where I am able, so that I can call on the help of others when I need to.

    Always have been self-sufficient. There is nothing wrong with getting help from others, but people should not be dependant on others for everything. It is all about balance in life.
