i try....it helps with pain and balance and works out all my kinks but i'm not great at it
I took a class, but had to quit when we got to inverted poses, as I have ear/balance issues and I got nauseous and almost passed out. Other than that it was interesting and a good stretch and workout.
I've been known to do a pose or two here and there now and then but not too often nor daily except once or twice but those stretches were then and not now. I should do some though, so thanks for the reminder.
lower back stretch. is about my extent in any exercise these days
Yeah. I especially like the kind with the fruit on the bottom.
