Do you drink water out of the tap or bottled water?

My hometown in Wyoming won a contest for the 3rd best tasting water in the world, and it is. When I'm in Arizona I drink bottled water or I mix the tap water with Crystal Lite and then it's tolerable. What's the water like where you are?

Here, it's pretty watery. Really, though, I drink both. Where I live the water is good, clean and safe. No funny tastes or anything. If I'm somewhere where the water comes from a well, I typically drink bottled, just because it always seems that junkyards are consciously put on hillsides where people live in the valleys. Don't need the seepage. Most places in the US, though, here in 2009, bottled water is unnecessary since the water out of taps is at least as clean and safe as most bottled waters and costs far less.

hbiz4marie	Posted May 26th, 2009 at 8:37PM bottle- but then again Poland spring was caught using tap water-perhaps they all may use tap so I don't trust it but bottle is a nicer thought to drinking pure water who knows these days !!! but there are water ionizers to purify water I will buy one soon! In galveston it tastes fine, in Highland Village the water is tap water is disgusting and most of the bottled water here is good. I myself drink purified tap water Rated: +1Vote for this!

unicorn59	Posted May 26th, 2009 at 8:54PM I used to drink bottled, until I saw a commercial about how the plastic never decomposes, and how bad that is for the environment.... So, I bought a Brita, and hooked it to my sink.....so, it's purified tap. Rated: +1Vote for this!

matilda44	Posted May 27th, 2009 at 5:41AM Both, depending on where I am and what I'm doing. I live in Maine and have to correct another post - Poland Spring has never been "caught using tap water." THey withdraw their water from natural springs here in Maine and bottle it here as well. They are regulated by the state and could/would never get away with bottling tap water. I think you are confusing them with other bottled water companies that filter tap water and sell it - which is perfectly legal as long as they don't call it spring water. Rated: +1Vote for this!
