    I think it's psychological with me...can't drink it right down.

    yes, usually, unless the teabag has split in which case I carefully drink the last liquid whilst trying to leave the grouts behind

    If the teabag has burst, I'd abandon the tea altogether.

    not always as sometimes I leave it for a hour or two and then finish it off

    i empty my cup..the coffee dregs stay in the bodem(plunger), then the plants get that.
