Only when I'm hungry and even then I eat in moderation. Fluids, fruit, vegetables and meat in that order for healthy living.
Both, it's a nice family occasion too.
If I wasn't married, I would eat only when I was hungry. The husbands likes meals at regular intervals, just like the dogs.
Ieat when my alarm goes off telling me it is time. Otherwise I'll forget.
