Do you eat to live or do you live to eat?
Yes, I used to weigh over 250 pounds but have managed to keep it off safely. Wasn't safe in my mannerisms when I weighed that much, nor was I when I lost it. But I am a healthy weight now (115) for my height (5'6) and I am very fit, although I am getting up there in age. My point? You are beautiful, whatever age, weight or height you are. You are beautiful inside...

I eat to live. I’m not a “food person”. In fact, if it were possible, I’d rather not eat anything, as I don’t really like food (an inherent trait I got from my mom’s side).

Maybe a little bit of both. Most of the time, I do not think of food, in fact as a batchelor it is usually a a nuisance to me, but I know I have to eat. I hate to cook so I eat the same things voer and over. Most is pretty healthy, but boring. I do enjoy a good meal out with friends, but don't sit around worrying when that next good meal out will be.
I am a little overweight due to a number of health problems, mostly asbestos in my lungs making me very short of breath. It makes it almost impossible to get the exercise, I need and then my job conributes as I work at home and sit most of the time. Not really a healthy lifestyle.
I have a friend who is in her early to mid 60's. She is an exercise nut and is the same weight as she was in high school and can run a marathon I would bet. She is still a ball of fire and far more fit than most of the models I work with who are in their 20's.

These days I eat to live. I have no appetite and only eat when I know I should and even then, I don't eat much. Yet I haven't lost much weight. Side affects of depression, I assume.
