Depends on what type of fantasy....if it is completely fantastic and unreal, then it can be fun to dream. Or something that isn't loaded with emotion. Like writing a blockbuster bestseller or what would happen if I won the lottery.
But if it's about something that I know I can't have....like lost youth or the relationship that didn't work out, then I try to leave those dreams alone. There are certain dreams that have to be laid to rest because they are too painful to recall.

    You should always enjoy it.
Its opening up your mind to possibilitys...which is never a bad thing.
Oh and just so you know....If you think you can not have it....you never will.
