Sometimes, but it is based on shame lavished on me by my mother when I was very young. It doesn't belong on me.

Sometimes, when I think of some things, yes, I am disgusted.
But that doesn't mean I'm the worst person ever.
I am subject to change, just as you are. IF you want to NOT be disgusted with who you are, right now, then change. It can happen. Make up your mind. Be the change you want to see. in yourself

Yup and that's why a year and a half ago I decided to change and become a better person however it seems the nicer I become the more hurt I get as if it were punished for being good lol
