    I feel guilty regarding many many aspects of living my life so much that i do not know if some of it is over nothing

    i used to when i was younger. guess i thought i would disappoint my parents, friends or whatever. i just thought i did many things wrong and it became pretty bad at some point.

    Usually it's a subconsious thing for me. Something I feel guilty about and I usually end up figuring out what it is when the time comes up. Right now for example I am guilty about not getting any work done.

    over doing nothing. Doing nothing is bad for all involved. remember the saying, 'do something if it's wrong.'? Well, it's better than nothing.
