    I just told a friend who is having the same trouble, "Look. You have not hit rock bottom. You have people who care for you. You aren't homeless or headed for prison. Your head is still above water." That's something I have to remind myself all the time.

    at least three times and with each i walked and started again, lifes a shortish thing best be happy matey. Youre young so make the best of it. Be good,Be happy.
