The only person i have that even comes close to having a partner is my 11 year old son he lives with me most of the time and only go's by his mom every other weekend
so when he is with her i get to relax and do the things i need to do and get dun.
It's great when he comes back home.Like (1)

There has to be an element of "me" time. The tricky part is whether his "me" time is more or less than yours.
The only time I'm relieved is when she's going to watch a chick flick.Like (1)

The more often he is out, the happier I seem to be!

I love "Me" time, but I also love being with my partner. We do almost everything together so when I do have a little time to myself I do the things she doesn't like to do. I allows me to continue with my personal interests while she is attending to hers. Examples, I hate to clothes shop, she loves to. I enjoy mediation and she cant sit still for three minutes. I can sit in the woods all day, she like concrete. We can be together because we respect the others "Me time." When we need it we ask for it. Yet, we also love to do things together and find a balance in the two worlds.
