Do you ever get that feeling where you don't know if it's a happy or sad feeling?

You might not even know what I'm talking about. But It's like an overwhelming feeling and it's random so you don't really know if it's sad or happy. Do you guys ever get that?

    To me during times of nostalgia or when I write about the past of sad-filled memories which bring tears but can also ring thoughts of times of happiness, too.
