Imperialist foreign policy prosecuted with religious certainty and the sheer hypocrisy and pig headedness of supporting the terrorist state of Israel might have something to do with it.

hate? literally hate? no, not personally - i can understand it, but i can only relate to people who get angry with US foreign policy, particularly after WW2

Our country saved the world from a new dark ages. We won the right to dictate new terms of peace. We won that right with the blood of OUR boys. 70 million died in the Second World War. Is that not enough for you all. Shame on you!

i said ***AFTER*** WW2 - but even the way you write this exemplifies the problem with the average American's exceptionalist perspective on history, which is to place itself in the centre of the universe in much the way of a spoiled teenager - for the US didn't win the war, they helped win it, and they stayed out of it as long as they could [getting even wealthier in the process] and didn't even get involved until the Japanese bombed them, so don't come all holier than thou about it - millions of people throughout the world lost their lives fighting Fascist imperialism and the Russians if anyone can make the greatest claim to having made the greatest sacrifice and made the biggest difference - your comment is far more offensive to them than mine is to Americans

I don't like murderous nations. In that respect the US is the world leader. The greatest killer in human history. You can't expect people to like that.

I was abroad for awhile. America seems like a loud mouth kid in class that just won't shut up! We all know one. Obnoxious braggarts, chirping like silly caged bird's. but what do I know? As a American I reserve the right to be wrong.

    The entire planet hates Americans.

History will regard America as the most evil thing that ever happened to this planet.

Yes, it's easy to explain. America has this superior attitude, they attack every country that doesn't dance to their piping. The "policeman of the world" so to say. And that's what bothers those other countries. They don't want to do what America tells them to do, they want to do things their own way.

yea, our country has a game called survivor where you can win money for surviving where other people in the world already live. or plastic surgery shows "i don't want to develop a personalty so you are better off cutting my face." I can understand exactly why other nations hate us.

I think most countries are just able to criticize some US policies or cultural habits , there are other attitudes than love or hate.

Other countries don't hate America, certain groups of people do. Kinda like how America doesn't hate mexico, just certain people do.
