Isn't that we forget, it is we are told that it is not important by the media and the politicians and we need pay attention to what they want us to pay attention to. If we don't and continue to ask questions about what is really important then the media and politicians (or their pundits) will say we are bigots, racists, conspiracy theorists or just a nut case.
