I'm getting there
I follow strict regimen six days a week. One day for jogging. Two days for swimming and every alternate day weight lifting. I take lots of fresh fruits juice too which is seasonal and available. No packet drink for me.

no not enough. I am getting fat in middle little by little
4 times a week, lifting weights.
walk the park , and do pull ups there , i don't exercise enough .
