I haven't experienced this personally, but I'm sure that many other people have. Women are more in touch with their feelings than men are. There are times in my life when I feel like I should cry, wish I could cry, but can't. I think crying is healthy. But if I were you I'd be a little more introspective and see if you can figure out what thoughts and feelings are generating the sadness that's making you cry.
No it happens to me..but only because there are reasons. Maybe you hv a reason too but you suppress it..
I can relate to some degree.
