Yes. A lot, actually. And getting older. But only because getting older means getting closer to dying.

In the absence of living do you honestly know what is to come? Me, not so much, perhaps an adventure.

Well, no. But that's what makes it scary. My fear is that I'll just stop existing. No more thoughts, no more feelings, no more memories. Not idea of not being able to remember the ones I've loved horrifies me. Not existing would be a total bummer.

It's funny because the older I get the less I am afraid....I could say I'm without the fear and be honest however I don't know if that will still be the case as I pass on. It shouldn't be too long for me now as I have terrible breathing problems with sleep apnea which my Dr says might well take me in my sleep. I am at peace with whaever God as I understand him has in store for me today, I understand the fear of the body dying is associated with ego's or so I think, and I have a healthy ego but not in prison with my body as I was when younger, I actually look forward to the peace and what things I don't know about now, to be reveiled to me, maybe seeing my ex and my daughter who past on in 2002. I am a-okay with dying, yes, it gets more acceptable as I grow older. And yes I accept too I might just vanish and no longer exsist, I hope the soul is saved but who knows for sure what happens? I still appreciate my life and give it up to something else now.

    No.
As morbid as it sounds I haven't feared it all since I witnessed my father die. It's just something that has got to happen one day- so rather than fearing death, I might as well enjoy my life to the fullest before the inevitable happens..

I have a serious fear of death because I don't know what happens after it. Like, what if you just see blackness for forever. And the thought of forever TRULY scares me. That means it NEVER EVER EVER EVER ends. And oh my goodness. I'm getting scared just thinking of it. I'm done answering this question.

no, I look forward to it with great curiousity. Not with eagerness I once did, though--- my life here has become quite good, most of the time, andf I'm not in a hurry,

You travel into a semi coma state before dying, does that give you peace of mind?

In a healthy way I do, no obsessions about it....I respect we will all face it sooner or later.
The only thing I dread and fear is the after effects it would have on my child.
