Depends on what kind of job you are applying for. I know a guy with bpd and he told the kid's parents about his condition. He got the job as a maths tutor.

yes, i feel that i'm slightly autistic and have been on meds a few times for severe depression and anxiety in my past. i'm trying to get my record label off the ground so i don't have to work for anyone else in the future.

everyone has a little fear when appling for a job chances are the people doing the interview are no better off then you everyone has there issues
