I look at artists like P!NK and Jewel and see creators of music.

I guess it all depends on personal taste... I certainly wouldn't argue with her being called that... A lot more deserving in my mind than others that have been in the past... Personally I think things like this are very subjective... I don't truly feel there are bands, groups or people that can be defined above any others now or historically...
