My mentality is definitely OLDER than my physicality. :/pression of self, the more you acquire, the older you will feel for you have endured more than the average human being.
Age is irrelevant to me considering it's just a figment of imaginative conception.

I'm 62. Mentally I don't feel any different than I did at 14, I'm very immature, never married, no kids, never had a good job. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up .
Physically, I have arthritis and bad knees and sometimes I hurt so much I feel like I'm 90!

Older because I'm currently surrounded with women 8 years older than me acting my age and I'm acting their age... So older. But usually I feel younger. I'm only 19! I'm holding onto my childhood as long as I can.

Yes.
The adult "You" never really ages. Once past the age of 40 or so "You" always feels younger than your real age.
After 50 the body impolitely disagrees.

Whenever i consider my chronological age I am shocked. I am usually surrounded by younger people so I tend to identify with them. I enjoy good health so there are few times I "feel" like what I foolishly used to consider "old"....so...the answer is.....younger.
