    not coming into work when I dont have work to do. working from home which is technically possible. dressing at work as I please. having safe sex with others without the risk of losing a realtionship or liying. For starters.

    That is not a social more as much as it is a demand in your work place. As for sex, that's what you relationship requires. Society doesn't care what you and your partner agree on. Social mores are the accepted traditional customs and usages of a particular social group-such as celebrating holidays; jus' sayin'
