Do you feel you have a right to tell people to live or die, examples being the Death Penalty, or not allowing people to receive assisted suicide?

    Nope. Capital punishment always has a risk of putting to death someone who is innocent. However, assisted suicide is up to the individual and if someone is suffering and has had a long life and is of sound mind, who am I to prevent them from requesting medical assistance to end their life?

    lf a person wanted to die that did not fit your idea of when it is ok to want to pass on would you at that point feel you have the right to put your thoughts and feelings before theirs? ( : EX What about a 30 year old women that lost her husband has no family education job and genuinely hates people. She would not want to live at all and has went to therapy and every other option but no matter what still wants to leave the world. Should she have a right to assisted suicide?

    The only criterion I would use is what I said above: "if someone is suffering and has had a long life and is of sound mind"

    I think people should be allowed to have assisted suicide if that's what they want.
    And if someone was on death penalty for killing someone- the family should get to decide what happens etc.
