My opinion would be time and now, everybody does it right from childhood, its called blaming..... Its sad sometimes when we become adults knowing the intensity of our actions, we still try to blame it on... :( <br />
As far as i am concerned, i have realized the fact, now i know to manage well when i am in a dreadful situation... I dont blame... I manage a huge team, and my team feels that i am there to support rather than pin point... at home too i am same, i admit my mistake - i never forget to ask people what can be done to make it better.......
