    I think you are missing the point. You can have a confrontation with someone about business or otherwise without any violence, or thought of it. I just find when I deal with people, I find it strange that they don't look back at me directly, they look to the side or whatever. That shows me a sign of lack of self confidence.

    at times, it can be tough. but I learned how to look through someone when the situation calls for it
