Yes. I can't exercise as strenuously as I once could (fibromyalgia), but I try to get at least one 20-30 minute walk every day. When I skip a day I feel lousy and restless and if I stop it altogether I'd get depressed.
Yes, I'm on a modest self-designed diet and exercise program and when I don't follow it, it shows up fairly quickly and depression follows. I don't care about the looks but I do care about being healthy. Still I've gone from 208 to 180 in just over 4 months.

Yes. I get depressed whenever I miss a day of exercise--even if it's just walking.
I do ballet...so if I don't dance for even a few days I get totally out of shape and when I return i'm extremely sore.
