We have no union but after all the years I worked at the place they seem to think I know who to blackmail to get things done. RRK1	Posted Oct 9th, 2009 at 10:19PM I am very fortunate to work where I do. The people with whom I work are wonderful. We're like a big family without all the big family problems. It's not perfect, but it's as close to as I've had working for a long time. My boss treats me better than anyone has the right to expect; my co-workers treat me with respect and affection. When I had a birthday recently, I brought in some cake and sodas to celebrate and the outpouring of affection and respect quite overwhelmed me. Now, the students are another matter!!!
