I bite my lips way to much and peel the skin off until it bleeds, i bite my nails. I scratch my neck until i bleed. All because im stressed

I bite the skin on my lips all the time. Wish I could stop it because it looks horrible!

Yeah I scratch my balls n smell my fingers n sometimes catch a fart n let it go by other people or smell it my self :)
