That motivation comes from necessity. I have to maintain a certain degree of core strength to keep my body functioning..rehab from having spine broken.

Yes, I had multiple flexible fusion surgeries, and after several months I could walk..took a lot of work, but I had a surgical team that was as stubborn as I was.
