Needles, tax forms, being noticed by authority.

LOL! Those are terrifying. I'm scared of taxes, I run from authority, and pass out near needles. :)Like (1)

I have learned to manage the fear of needles, I can get anything done that is necessary. I can face authority when necessary also, but I always have to pay someone to do all my tax stuff which seems a waste of money since mine is so simple, I just can't bear to deal with it. But I've also overcome a LOT of fears thru my life, these are some of the remainder.

well, candles freak me out...i held it the other day and then burned my own hair. i'm afraid it will fall and start a fire. I also have gerontophobia(google it if you don't know what i'm talking about).

I'm afraid to sleep flat on my back. I have this unfounded fear that I'll stop breathing in my sleep if I'm flat on my back. So I only sleep on my stomach or sides.

Is that hard to deal with sometimes? Don't you roll in your sleep. Or is it something you just fear and keep from doing?

I'm so paranoid about it that I actually seem to spontaneously wake up when I roll onto my back. And spookily enough I'm usually gasping for air when I do snap awake like that, which just makes my fear worse.

i have but it is not fear ,it is sort of the way i will die , i always see my self drowning in the sea or ocean or in a sunken ship ?? don't ask me why but it is a feeling that makes me calm-
