Sure and we can't dwell on them. That leads to depression and low sel-esteem.

I have a few, but I don't want to dwell on the past. Experience, learn, move on.

I have a few, but don't dwell on them...one that comes to mind currently is even though I was with my Mom when she was sick, and eventually died...I wish I would have spent more time with her. In reality, I spent a fair amount but there is something inside me that tells me, well you could have done more....

I have many regrets. Like the others have said you can't dwell on them. There were a couple of big ones that I have tried to make amends for. Once you have done that you must move on.

I have made many mistakes in my life but I have only one thing I regret. I deeply regret how I behaved the last few weeks of my husband's life. My husband died suddenly and there was no reason to think he would die soon, he was only 55 and had no health problems. So unaware of what was going to happen, not knowing he would suddenly die we were just living our lives as we normally would. He had spent a lot of money charging it on our credit card without telling me and I was very angry with him. For several weeks I went from not speaking to him to screaming at him. The night before he died I was still barely speaking to him and only let him just barely brush my cheek with a kiss before he went to bed. I slept downstairs and found him in our bed the next morning, dead from an anyeurism. I have lived with the regret and guilt over my behaviour for the past 2 years. I know now I will never forgive myself but at least I learned from my experience to be more forgiving of others.

Yes, I do. But I am learning how to see them as learning experiences not as total failures.

We learn from our mistakes and regrets.... that's what makes us stronger people. If you don't ever regret anything you have done, maybe you aren't really living life or you think your perfect and therefore in denial

Regrets show that a person's conscience is still living.
I have answered this morning your three questions and thinking that your constant wondering about yourself and the world will make your brain a marvelous tool for a happy life.
I answered many questions because I also used to ask many questions too.
