The problem is, if something is being offered free, there's no contract. Unless you've given them something, you cannot demand any service that they are providing, even if they let others have it totally free. They can even have signs up with flashing lights saying "no purchase required". But until it includes YOU giving something to THEM, there is no contract for them to honour.
It only takes one of their employees to decide he doesn't want you there and you have to leave. You haven't paid anything so they are not contractually obliged to provide you with anything.
