Do you keep a journal? Or even a notebook to write down the things that circle in your mind?
I think its half to get it out for things i cant explain or share with people and half to feel like its somewhere i can come back to so i dont have to remember.
Also, sorry for the lack of punctuation. Its difficult on a tablet.

Journaling important thoughts and concepts in your life is a great way to learn about yourself and how you may have changed over the months and years.
I keep a somewhat-journal of my angry thoughts. I hope one day down the road to look back on these pages and see how immature I am for wanting my situation to change over the value of my family.

I do in my computer. DOn't do it daily, but sometimes often. usually put all the stressful thoughts that fly around in my brain in there. Sometimes I find answers, sometimes I just feel like a crazy person getting nowhere. But its good to be able to read back and see what you were living through, for good or bad, and if your memory sucks like mine, its a great way to relive things that have faded some..,

Yes. Two: a real paper journal, and one on my iPhone.

The only thing is every time I write something and come back to it after a month or so I hate what I wrote.
