Yes, and there are no "levels" once you know how to solve it the combination patterns make no difference whatsoever to the solution. I can do a cube in under 2 minutes usually, not sure if that's good or not, world record is 6 seconds or so??

Well, I believe there are levels. Yes you are right that patterns make no difference, but how you solve them does. I'm intermediate at it, trying to learn an advanced method of solving it. More advanced methods are difficult, because they solve the cube in more complicated turns and rotations.
