The key to losing weight is a life style change in your attitude towards food and exercise....eating healthily and getting regular exercise is the ONLY way to effectively lose weight...and to keep it off...;)

None of them work in the way you want. You may get short term results but the only way you're really going to lose weight is burning more calories than you intake. It's not really that hard, if you think about it. Everything you eat in a week, write it down, and the next week, eat the same thing but 1/4th less of a portion, replace any sugary drinks with water, and do some walking or anything physically active for 20 minutes a day. In a month, you'll see results that no pill could ever offer you, and you'll feel better.
