Here is how to laugh at nothing 1. Stop for two seconds 2. Look around you 3. How about instead, you just look something and think " what the".... 4. Laugh about it- out loud as you can 5. Once you've started to laugh, you should be able to keep going not actually laughing at anything except yourself laughing at nothing (if that makes sense). 6. Once you've (finally) stopped laughing, ask yourself again- are you feeling happy? The answer should now be a whole hearted yes.
