I'm afraid to donate blood because I don't want to biologically accost someone with poor blood quality due to high-fructose corn syrup and copious amounts of caffeine.

No. Your blood is fine. The characteristics that are identified in most blood tests are more indicative of the characteristics that your body uses to produce the blood. If someone uses your blood, it suppliments what's in their body but doesn't change the amount of cholestrol or sugar they produce and isn't significant compared to the made by their own body.....sorry to be so wordy.
