I love little/mid-sized dogs. I love cocker spaniels, and have two adorable doggies. :)

Most definitely big dogs. If I want a cat I will get a cat. Right now I have a golden retriever/newfie(?) mix who is around 115 pounds but tall and long. He is absolutely the sweetest dog in town. On the other hand my daughters both have shih-tzu's and for smaller dogs they are not a bad choice.

I think the Shih-Tzus are the best choice in Town!!!! My Baby snuggles up with me every night! I'm never lonely!

I grew up with poodles...my Mum used to breed those, along with collies!!

I have the Best Dog in the Universe, a small terrier mix. So my loyalty must go to the little guys. I love big dogs too though. My daughter works in a dog day care handling the small breeds or timid bigger dogs. I think she prefers the smaller dogs but says they tend to fight each other more than the big dogs.

My dog isn't cute, so you might just win~ lol He's a smart loyal loving dog but he's not exactly handsome. He has torn ears, several badly healed broken bones and he has a palsy now that he's older. We adopted him when he was four years old and I think he was probably a street dog before that. I saw him outside Petco at an adoption fair a few years back and when we locked eyes I had to meet him. My daughter paid the fee because I wasn't leaving without my little Buddy.

The whole big dog vs small dog debate is about the insecurities of the owner.... little dogs think they are big dogs and big dogs think they are little dogs...

I've had both big and little dogs. I love them both but big dogs need a big place to run and I don't have that now, so I have 2 small dogs.

I love most all dogs, big and small. Good companions, all. We currently have pugs and they will put a smile on your face. I had a shepard mix for 13 years, followed by a lab mix for the next 13 years. Those two were both really good dogs, and very smart.

I love all kinds of dogs....grew up with German Shepherds (big), but now have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel & a mutt (both pretty small -20 & under 35 pounds). My one sister has a Bullmastiff (160 pounds) & a Jack Russell Terrier (18 pounds). They are all wonderful.
