I know too many idiots who are tattooed and pierced, and too few tattooed and pierced who aren't idiots, and not one tattooed and pierced who I would rent an apartment to, lend a lawnmower, ask to watch my dog, etc. I love tattoos because they save me the time and effort of getting to know people to find whether or not they're worth my time. Before you think that I'm a yuppie or hick that lives in a bubble, I am a musician that has toured the states for a decade, my mother worked at ren faires and s&m festivals through my entire life. I've met them all.

I do't find piercings attractive....but tattoos on a woman, that are tasteful and well done.....mmmmm, those are hot

I think tattoos are great in moderation. i don't understand people who have a lot of them but i respect their choice. the same for piercings. i grew up in a household that emphaziced that tattoos were for prostitutes and sailors so my mom was pretty shocked when she found out i got two. i have to add that when i got my tattoos i was 25 so i think i was mature enough to make that desicion.

Not really.
In my younger days I really liked how they looked and I even got a couple of tats myself. But now that *everybody and their granny* has either a tat or a piercing, I find it kind of lost it's edge. I am more attracted to minimally altered skin now (no more than 2-3 total tats or piercings).Like (2)

I dislike tats but a lip piercing or snakebites or ears arnt too bad:) as long as they arn't overboard~ I reaallly want snakebites:3

I think girls with tats and piercings definitely have an edge in the sexiness! Me personally I don't have any tattoos except for this homemade one on my leg from 7th grade! I have been thinking about getting another/more but I need a good idea first I don't want to just get some dumb tattoo that has no meaning. My ears have been pierced before and sometimes ill stick a safety pin through one just for the hell of it! ;p
