I like my chicken as most meats thoroughly cooked these days except for steak and that I prefer medium, but never rare. I am more of a vegetable and unfortunately pasta lover and soups and stews, but do eat meat a few times a week and love it when I do. It is amazing how great most meats (although I don't prefer steak this way) taste great in the cooking bag and turn out tender every time with lots of veggies stuck in there as well such as onions, carrots, garlic, mushrooms, etc. They get thoroughly cooked and almost always tender to eat. A slow cooker is good for that as well.
