    So far, it seems so.
    The only time I've seen the police here is when a couple is fighting.

    Yes.
    As long as the low income minority and redneck population
    stay low, things will be okay.

    Once the income level changes or increases folks stop
    acting like baby makers and out of control killers.

    Just look at the jails... Folks are seperated by race and
    gang affiliation as soon as they step inside.
