Personally, yes - I like women who scream or moan.
I assume you mean during sex, as screaming and moaning are both really annoying when you're trying to read, cook, drive, etc ;)

In bed - absolutely; whilst cooking dinner, not so much. Top tip: don't try to fish toast out the toaster with a knife - unplug it first, or you'll get a belt and blow all your fuses.
