No. Cultural compatibility is more a concern, because I wouldn't want her to marry a guy who thinks she's a possession to be ruled and owned. It wouldn't work - she's too strong.

No I wouldn't mind. A different religion yes though, because it only makes things way more complicated

Nope. I don't care. Love matters, not the colour of it.

No, because as long she is happy and satisfied with the choice, than I am the happiest and proudest mom out there.
Only my daughter´s happiness means everything to me!
Love should be random, not picked!

As long as she is happy and as long as its a human from Earth, the idea of racism is obsolete, however, there might be significantly different cultural values and lifestyles which I might not be fond of. In short, I don't mind a different race, I mind dumb or socially inappropriate *****.

some people think being a different nationality means a different race
I would prefer my children to marry someone of their own race but would accept it if they didn't same as I would prefer my children to marry opposite sex but would accept it if they didn't.
If we love our kids we accept things we might not like.

I met this Summer a black woman who was absolutely mad about her son marrying a white female. Reminds me of this movie with Ahston Kutcher...In Japan families like their daughters to marry Westerners but frown a lot at their sons marrying females from other origins, be it Korean, African, or European. Russian women would rather become lesbian than have sex with Chinese men or African guys. In India marriages a carefully organized so that you will necessarily marry someone from the approved social group, unless you want to be cast away from your community. If you're a Muslim man you can marry any non-Muslim female but if you're a Muslim woman you're cast off the group if you marry a non-Muslim. Some groups will accept some free sexual relationships between partners of dirrerent origins as long as it does not lead into marriage, unless of course sex outside marriage is prohibited. I personally would have no problem if my daughter was a lesbian and found her happiness with a black girl from Lesotho born from the marriage of a local girl with a Cuban mercenary. It shouldn't be the parents' role to judge whom their children should have a relationship with, they should only be there to help if things go wrong, or share the joy if everything works well.

My daughter can marry whoever she likes, it's not my place to tell her who.sje can or can't marry.
In fact I would prefer it if she didn't tie herself to someone.with that outdated patriachal institution but again, that is herchoice to make, not mine.

It'd be her choice to make. I don't care if the groom is from a different race or if he smuggles women as sex-slaves.
