That depends on the question :)
If I want the definition of a word, then sure.
If I want to check if the medicine the doctor proposes is a fraud, google wont list it up top. Money talks.

usually. most of the time it's better to search with quotes (") around your question and it will come up and filter through all the crap.

Well with Google's alghorithm and the SEO companies use 99% of the time the best answer is in those results.
